shipping your delicate glassware products to ensure they arrive safely and promptly.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment is
received.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May require an additional 2–5 business days for
preparation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days):
Express Shipping (1–3 business days):
Free Shipping: Available on orders over Rs. 1000/-

Packaging & Handling
All glassware is securely packaged using bubble wrap, foam, and double-wall boxes to
minimize the risk of damage.
We may split large orders into multiple packages to ensure safe delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to protect your fragile items, but in rare cases:
Damaged Items: Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the
damaged product and packaging.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please
contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
